Glacier Skiing:
Ski or Board 365 days a year on the Hintertux Glacier.
In mid-summer, the skiing is at 3250 meters and includes
from 17 - 22km of prepared pistes, made up mainly of red
runs, with a couple of wide blue runs and a couple of
challenging blacks. In mid-summer, you must be able to
ride t-bars and chair lifts and ski a red run to enjoy
the skiing. Less confident skiers may struggle to get
down the steep red run, which takes you to the blue runs.
