TAILORED TO THE NEEDS OF WOMEN SKIERS
Women's Ski Weeks are designed for women who want to improve their skiing or develop their confidence. Whether it is because your friends ski faster than you, you have been put off by an incident, or you simply want to meet other skiers of our level, coming on a women's week gives you a supportive environment to nurture your skills. 
Prices are per person and include: Return Flights from London, Return transfers from Munich, 1.5 hours of instruction with guiding per day for 5 days, 2 Drop-In instruction sessions, 7 nights sharing a double/twin room at the 4-star Hotel Crystal with buffet breakfasts and 4 -course evening meals, use of hotels luxurious sauna, pool and relaxation area, 1 x Part-body massage, 1 x Healing Facial, 2 x Solarium use. - Women only ski groups with a female instructor provide a supportive and
encouraging atmosphere to get the best out of women skiers. The week is
made up of some guiding and some instruction, with the aim being not only
to improve your skills but also to give you supervised skiing practice to build
your confidence.
Intermediate skiers, who can ski blue and red runs at a gentle pace, will gain
confidence from the hints and tips to encourage improvement. Advanced
skiers will enjoy the advanced women’s ski group, where they are
encouraged to be more adventurous with their skiing. There is always a
supportive atmosphere amongst women ski groups, which will benefit and
any female skier .
Accommodation is at the luxurious Hotel Crystal, where the group is seated
together at mealtimes. Included in the package are three of the hotel's most
popular pampering treatments to help you relax on your return from the

- "Drop-In" Instruction - Choose from a weekly programme of drop-in ski sessions on various aspects of skiing, including:
- “Slow and Smooth” – Introduction to Carving - Part 1
- “Fast and Furious” – Carving at speed - Part 2
- “Steep but Slow” – Introduction to Steep Slopes – Steeps - Part 1
- “Steep and Scary” – Tackling steeper terrain – Steeps - Part 2
- “Pimp your Slide” – Introduction to Balance – Part 1
- “Won ski Wonder” – Balance – Part 2
- “Beat the Bumps” – Introduction to Variables – Part 1
- “Feel the flow” – Variables – Part 2
- No need to pre-book the Drop-In sessions, you will be shown the plan for the week by your women’s week instructor. If you feel like joining in, you simply turn up at the arranged time! Two introductory sessions are included in your package, but you can add more once in resort. Sessions are usually in blocks of 1 hour and are currently €20 per session.

Minimum numbers:
A minimum of 3 people is needed for the instruction to take place, so do not book your non-refundable flights until we confirm your trip. If there are less than 3 people booked by 6 weeks before the holiday start date, we will offer you the choice to cancel your trip or come anyway at a reduced rate without the included guiding/instruction.
